REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

 

 

 


Power Professional Makeup Artistry Workshops


• Cancellations made up to 14 days prior to your scheduled workshop will be refunded less the $250 non-refundable application fee.
• Cancellations within 14 days of your scheduled workshop will be charged the full amount of your agreement. In the event you cannot attend and it is within 14 days of your workshop you may apply the amount of the registration to another offering beginning within 6 months of the cancellation date or send someone in your place.
• Rescheduling up to 14 days prior to your scheduled workshop is subject to a $350 rebooking fee.
• If you must withdraw during a workshop and your account is in good standing you will have the opportunity to join a future workshop of the same type and complete the AoG experience. Based on availability.

 

Special Events


24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Cancellations received at least 24 hours in advance will receive a store credit for the amount of workshop deposit. Credit expires 3 months after date of issue.
• Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged the full amount of the reservation.


Deferred Payment Plans


• Published cancellation policies apply to all deferred payment plans.
• A deferred plan must stay in good standing. Accounts that fall behind on agreed schedules risk interruption of participation
• Issuance of plans is at the discression of Academy of Glam LLC.

 

Terms and Conditions of Deferred Payment Plans


• I authorize Academy of Glam LLC to charge my card(s) as indicated in this enrollment form for participation in the selected programs. I understand and agree that, by completing and signing this enrollment form, I will have my credit card(s) charged or check cashed according to the schedule outlined above. I understand and agree that by completing and signing this enrollment form I am committing to full length of the selected programs. I further understand and agree that, if for any reason, I choose to remove or cancel myself out of the program prior to it's completion, I am obligated to pay or continue paying any outstanding balance(s). Further, Academy of Glam LLC has sole discretion to terminate agreement and remove any participant from continuing the program at any time without refund if the participant is a disruption to the program, becomes difficult to work with, or ceases to follow program guidelines. If done so, the participant will no longer be charged the monthly rate if participant is on a deferred payment plan sponsored by Academy of Glam LLC.


General Merchandise


• All sales are final.
Returned Checks will be charged a $30 processing fee.
Academy of Glam Status
• The Academy of Glam experience is intended solely for the personal enrichment, and enjoyment of its participants. Our programs run the gamut from basic to advanced makeup techniques, seek to inspire participants through motivational talks, life coaching, and collaboration with others are considered purely avocational and not intended to qualify participants for employment. Academy of Glam is like a makeup artist fantasy camp.
• Academy of Glam commemorates your visit by documenting it through high-quality, professional grade, portfolio pictures. To offer diplomas, certificates, or credits an institution must be recognized by the State of Florida as a licensed post-secondary or vocational school. Academy of Glam is not a post-secondary or vocational school. Our informal cutting-edge programs are for a new generation of artists.
