This vortex of positive energy is the vision of founder Victoria Duke. Traveling all over the world as a Multi Media Production Makeup Artist, a Motivational Speaker and Cosmetic Spokesperson, Victoria realized that women needed a sense of community with other women, a place to become empowered for their strength and resilience, a safe haven to laugh, learn, feel nurtured and find their life purpose.

Educating and mentoring makeup artists for the past 10 years, Victoria has emerged a leader in the makeup artist community developing strong connections with artists, photographers, stylists, entertainers, models and cosmetic power houses.

Victoria observed that the common thread of the people whose lives develop consistent with their dreams is a sense of direction, self-confidence and the resilience to break through obstacles, to become the best they can be. Unfortunately, these skills can be difficult for many women who have endured so much darkness that finding their inner light becomes overwhelming. Victoria believes that nothing is more important than HOPE.

Within AoG, Victoria has created a unique space where picking yourself up and reinventing yourself for a fresh start is possible OR where you will simply find support and compassion to begin moving towards the life you imagine.
